Who we are

• Petspan is a veterinary telemedicine provider focused on expanding access to cutting-edge longevity interventions for cats and dogs. Our goal is to help pets have more years - and more healthy years - with their owners.
• We have formulated our medication protocols - centered around rapamycin therapy - using up-to-date species-specific research findings.

What we do

• Petspan utilizes video technology to complete virtual in-home medical assessments and examinations, medical counseling and prescription of medication where appropriate for cats and dogs.

Who you are

• DVM licensed to practice in California in good standing (additional state licenses preferred)
• Willing to obtain additional licenses in other states as needed
• Minimum of 3+ years of postgraduate work experience as a small animal veterinarian
• Excellent communication and medical record keeping skills
• Able to commit to 10 hours/week
• Previous telemedicine experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable learning new technology and performing virtual examinations on companion animals via video
• Interested in learning more about medical treatment for age-related change and longevity in cats and dogs
