Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Patient Education Specialist passionate about transforming scientific insights into actionable, understandable knowledge for our patients. This role is at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional, informed care, bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and everyday health practices.
As a Patient Education Specialist, your role is crucial in providing a seamless experience for our patients. Your responsibilities include:
- Patient Onboarding: Conduct personal consultations to introduce longevity concepts, address clinical concerns, and ensure a smooth transition into our care ecosystem.
- Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with healthcare professionals to stay abreast of the latest longevity science advancements, translating complex scientific data into patient-friendly information.
- Support and Guidance: Assist patients with inquiries related to orders, product fulfillment, and platform navigation, ensuring a responsive and supportive service experience.
- Assist patients with order and fulfillment inquiries, guiding them through processes and resolving issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace a growth mindset by seeking learning opportunities, contributing to process enhancements, and developing patient-centric resources like FAQs and knowledge base articles.
- Contribute to the refinement of our customer support procedures within the telehealth environment.
- Drive initiatives to improve the patient experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Life Science or Physiological Science field or related discipline, with a strong focus on biological principles. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of biology and medical concepts, specifically in the field of longevity science.
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills to provide compassionate support and build relationships with patients.
- A growth mindset, embracing challenges, learning from feedback, and continuously striving for improvement in a fast-paced, evolving field.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with an ability to take initiative.
- You must be able to lead new initiatives to completion.
- Proficiency with web-based tools to increase your productivity and solve patient problems.
