Healthspan is in search of a high-energy and ambitious Engineering Project Manager. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering new features for Healthspan. We are looking for someone who takes ownership and is committed to shipping exciting products. Our team combines strong technical skills, product vision, and a love of project management to bring together the pieces needed for an extraordinary user experience with our features.

The most qualified individuals will
- Possess a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Have a history of working with Software Engineering, Design, QA, and multi-functionally with various other organizations to manage and track deliverables.
- Be hands-on with product details and requirements, while challenging themselves to innovate and strategize new features, all while building relationships to achieve results.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in software development processes
- Experience with infrastructure-focused projects (i.e. networks, services, APIs, etc.)
- Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across a variety of business units
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- We seek a minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience delivering software and services through a full project lifecycle.
- Prior experience managing projects using Agile software development. (Specifically monday.com and JIRA)
- Enjoys technical challenges while working with various teams to build and manage relationships that navigate delivery dependencies.
- Versatile problem solver equipped with analytical approaches to overcome various challenges in complex environments. Adept at creative and critical thinking while being able to deconstruct problems, resolve constraints, and lead our teams to find solutions.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the appropriate audiences.
- Someone who appreciates and enjoys the technical challenges that exist during the delivery of software.
